Micro-managing. Does anyone really like it?

Imagine, you have an amazing job and you have all of the independence you could have wished for. You're able to find another job in the same field (and not with a competitor), but you can hear the buzzing of a micromanaged. The money is awesome, better than the first one - almost double.
