Mindtree HR called me when I was in a meeting in my office laptop, I cut the call while ringing, replied with text message "will call you back", she replied "ok", sent me an email asking for 3 months payslips, PAN card, etc. I called her after 30 mins, but she is cutting my call twice and didn't call back. I am not having good feelings about this, shall I look for other companies? Or is this the natural for service company HRs to behave ?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
