Hi, I got promoted in Cognizant from associate to sr associate, got the e letter with new compensation for the same. Will there be any annual hike for me now?

My paraplanner is wanting to get started with his CFP. It's been a while since anyone in my office has needed to go through a program. Looking for advice, what path should I suggest; Kaplan, Bryant University, Boston CFP, something else I don't know about? Looking for your ideas on what might be best to use as an educational source for the CFP these days?!? Thank you.

My P recently has been making me bill time to a small revenue project while i am handling huge client revenue one that takes 8 hours of my"official" time everyday.

Post attending those PAM metrics sessions and getting a sneak peak into how our compensation is driven, the above is putting me into dilemma of the P intentions.

Is it ordinary for PAP to ask Ms to fill time on some side hustle project. How will it hurt me in my year end take away?

I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts. The HR said that they are giving 30% hike on the top of my basic salary which is 120000 in tcs. But the BT offer letter shows a basic salary of 112000. What should I do? BT British Telecom
