Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I am actively interviewing, but Amazon is my preferred choice at the moment. I don’t want triennial to think I’m seriously considering other options. But not sure I should withhold information either? Thoughts?

If anything, saying you are actively interviewing will only increase your value in their eyes that your skills are desirable elsewhere. Having an offer in hand will increase it even more. Go ahead and tell the truth.

Look at salaries at levels. FYI and give range from the band listed there for PM. Make sure not to confuse salary with PMT
