Starting pay for RBT’s in South Florida and NY?
Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

The Heights. Although it might be pricier than you are looking for.
Those are fun areas. Are you ok with a commute of 30-60 mins each way? An alternative that would put you closer to energy corridor would be Memorial City.
Moved to The Heights and never looking back. Might be a bit more expensive than 1700/mo but it’s totally worth it. Montrose would be my second choice. Avoid Midtown, Downtown, EaDo. Definitely avoid Galleria/Uptown.

Thanks P1, definitely not looking in galleria. Currently in Montrose, but love the Heights, not the neighborhood itself, but some of the apartments have issues, will look these up!

OP, rental rates have gone up, not sure how realistic your budget is for a one bedroom, perhaps a studio.
