Staying at the Ritz Carlton - Dove Mountain, AZ for a long weekend. Before coming, I called and asked what the COVID restrictions were, I was given vague information and once I arrived realized that the restrictions were more stringent than described, and the only restaurant open for dinner service on hotel property is a mile away, near the golf course. When asking the hotel how we are supposed to get there for dinner, they told us that we would have to walk as they are understaffed....

With interest rates rising, am I better off paying off over paying my fixed term mortgage or investing over the next 4-5 years?
Mortgage rate is fixed for 5 years at a fairly low 1.99%. I could plough in extra cash to reduce overall interest over the years.
If I were to invest, I’d probably hold in cash for a few months and get into a regular investment in the market towards end of the year.

Hello people! Anyone working in EY UK? Can you give an insight on the salary range for a Consultant in Business/Technology Consulting?

Cap invent consultant salary/bonus anyone? Specially H&PS (if practice makes a difference)

Should I stay and complete a grad scheme/get ~ 2 YOE at a boutique (whilst on low salary ~ £37k) and then make a big jump, or try to jump now for slightly higher pay (£45k) in short term but hinder my progression/brand with a more reputable firm?

Can any Capco people advise what the salary jump is from C to SC?
I've seen the glassdoor average but feel this is likely skewed by external hires with higher offers.
