I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?

Which one would be better option?
