Hi all, what’s a typical promote share for employee pools and individuals? Here are some stats to share on my end: $2-3b AUM sponsor, no commingled fund separate deals, 10-20% employee pool in any one deal, mostly real estate so long term investments 5-10years, I am personally getting on average 2.5% of the total pool.
