I joined 3 months back in TCS.Before HRA declaration tax deduction was 23k.August 12 i declared HRA decaration of 1.70k,but still tax deduction was 23k this moth.

On ultimatix, for HRA declaration it is showing as processed by Payroll team and pending with Finance Head.

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. A large part of my job involves building models or making reports that involve copying numbers from one document to another. Hey gang, can anyone recommend a good synergy checklist? Mostly on the capex spend and real estate side. It has been a while for me and I am rusty.

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?
