Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

Anyone loading up on ALGO on this dip?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Def recommend bringing along snacks for the plane, any wipes or other childcare items, and plenty of things for entertainment. My toddler tends to need entertainment for 1-2 hours of the flight and then sleeps the rest of the time. Make sure to bring electronics for entertainment and physical toys like a doll or bear as if your electronics die, it will be a longgg flight. Also recommend checking bags to allow for bringing any products/items you need. It is more difficult /expensive to buy items and if you need anything specialty it can be hard to find on short notice.
We just did a week with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. We had 3 adults and the 2 kids and only brought 2 carry ons, the travel crib, 3 backpacks. Did laundry half way through.
If you can do laundry I’d limit how many clothes you bring.
We brought minimal diapers and wipes and bought more while there.
Just a few toys n books (legos and 4 cars)
As for the plane- one full back pack was snacks and airplane toys. Lots of new things they’d never eaten or played with.
One flight was during nap time and the 1.5 slept the whole way but then 3.5 was grumpy. The other was before nap and 1.5 yr old was antsy and 3.5 year old was a saint. Lmao
We only used carry ons because airport said they had trouble with checked bags, if we did it again we would do one single checked bag and two backpacks: one with snacks and toys for plane and other with our electronics.
Hand to God, travel time is the only instance where we pull out the iPads and let them absorb a couple of hours of cartoons. Both American and Southwest have a bunch of kid appropriate content on their in-flight entertainment apps. Get some cheap over eat head phones from Target or Walmart and you’re set.
For flight…
- Something to chew to help with ear pressure - gummy bears, lollipop, etc
- extra diapers/pull-ups in case of delays (if connecting)
- tv/movies should work. We also got little toys/games and brought a “new” one out every 30-60min.
