My 22 yo daughter has never been a "People person," but she has had a job for 2 years that is 100% people. Last night she was asking about becoming an FA and I have mixed feelings. She is insanely smart - but has had a lifelong tendency to take the easiest path. We talked about what her path to being an FA would be. My conflict comes with bringing her on. I think she should start as an assistant to someone else because other people know more than her dad. When licensed she would join me.

Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. One of my buddies works for a big IT company and literally just sits on meetings all day. No one really contributing to anything other than agreeing to whatever the speaker is saying.
