Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

Hello folks,
Looking for some honest advice. Considering an offer with SocGen B’lore for Specialist Software Engineer position with 5.5 years exp and into Tech service management. Could you please tell me a bit about following points?
- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?
- What is an average annual hike that the firm gives?
- How is the work culture and LGBTQ inclusionpolicy? Société Générale
Are corporate finance or pricing dead end ops?

One thing that helped me was getting ahead of the change. I reached out to new leadership early, introduced myself, and offered a short brief on what I was working on. Framing it as “how can I support your priorities” made a difference.
Love love love what the other comment here says. Once you've done that, then you will need to maintain that relationship. You've now proven you are proactive by following Associate 1, now it's time to show your worth. Deliver on time, show up on time, establish regular check ins (formal or informal). Consistency is key here. They are looking for people they can rely on. Consistency = reliability. They need support. Give them that, and you're golden!!
