My boss and pretty much the entire executive team are so toxic, inept, and incompetent. It’s truly a wonder. Every time I talk to them I feel my IQ go down. How do you all do it? Surely there has to be some intelligent or at least moderately smart leadership teams? I’ve quite literally only met a few executives who were not just dumb as dirt and only in their jobs due to nepotism or simply being the longest serving brown noser. Tell me about your incredible leadership- I want to be impressed.
