Do you like your role and team at zs? If you do, the money isn’t worth it
Any reasons for looking to make a switch other than comp bump? Also, role and office? I think Trinity is generally in a good place but those things can make a big difference.
^^agreed. Feel free to DM!
My take - 25% bump is not that significant in long run. Make sure you like Trinity as a company, the folks there, and understand PE risk (if you are senior) - before you move.
Were also about to get raises at ZS so that 25% bump will shrink in July. So make sure you like the company and understand how often they get raises and bonuses and the size of each, if its all about the $
25% is not worth it once you consider potential raises at ZS (mentioned below) and getting a lower bonus at Trinity next year since you would have spent half or less of the year here. Knowing the role and office would be helpful in providing that context? Additionally what are you hoping for from the new role- better WLB, different projects, responsibilities?
I’ve heard that Trinity is a burnout factory these days. They can’t hire fast enough to replace everyone that is leaving
I just moved ZS to Trinity. Trade offs both ways. Feel free to DM
