My brother is a kubernetes support eng from 5.3 years he holds certificates like CKS CKAD CKA with 18 LPA currectly.

He is working from home, also studying basics of Python scripting, introductory knowledge AWS, CI/CD and terraform side by side in his off hours from a site called Kodecloud.
He thinks that if he switch after learning above he can get 30+ LPA as SRE or Devops eng
He said he willing to relocate to Pune/Banglore

Are his salary goals realistic?
