Good for him, but I would guess he's pretty inefficient if he can only handle 100 clients. The concept is great, but you can replicate it for far more than 100 people if you have your shit together and want to run a real business.

Communication with clients does have diminishing returns. More than quarterly reviews rarely generates additional income. Time would probably being better spent prospecting.
