My company is hybrid right now, but honestly, I’d prefer being fully remote. I feel more productive and balanced when I can manage my day without the commute or office distractions. Still, there’s pressure to show up in person for visibility, even when most of the work could be done just as well from home. Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
