My company uses a supply chain cloud and I frequently have issues with it. I'm starting to think I am just not cut out for this but know that in order to do my job, I have to. How can I get better at using it?

Ask the supply chain cloud provider's customer care staff if they can offer you any tutorials or other useful materials that will assist you better grasp how to use their platform. Also, read the system's documentation thoroughly to become acquainted with the features and how to utilize them.

For guidance or pointers on how to use the supply chain cloud better, consult your coworkers who have more expertise with it. Don't forget to utilize online discussion boards and other supply chain cloud platform-specific communities.

Thanks! I'll have to give these ideas a try.

Before attempting to utilize the system in a real production environment, practice utilizing the platform in a test environment, if the system permits. Another piece of advice is to try to make it to any training sessions that the supply chain cloud provider may be offering.

How can I find out whether they are offering trainings?

How long have you been working there? It is pretty much understandable if you are new. Don't be too hard on yourself.

I suggest you ask for guidance and help from your seniors. You can also search online for some tips.

Training is really important. Maybe you can ask your boss for permission if you can join training or attend a seminar. It will be beneficial in the long run.

Hi fishes,

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

What should I do? I need good wlb but also need money badly.

Hello Fishes,
I got an opportunity from NTT Data BPO.
I am currently being hired for nightshift. Are there any chances for getting day shift or mid shift?
Or are there any chances to get a change in shift after getting on boarded?
Will it be okay to discuss this with HR?
Because during interview I said yes to Night Shifts.

Looking for good behavioral and case interview prep resources. All suggestions and recommendations are welcome. Thank you!
