My current salary is 28LPA , YOE = 6 yrs. Role - finance & risk Management Consulting If i want to switch to any company with a decent hike, what are the suggestions and positions I can switch. What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

I joined a SoftBank/Arm owned company, after the interview they showed me an unofficial spreadsheet with a bonus structure of 30% + 25% of 30% (performance based). However I was told that it’s complex so I should look at final numbers. When they made me the offer, it stated 15% bonus which I ignored because the recruiter had promised me 30% + 25% of 30% (performance based). Now, after three months he says that I will get only 15% - I feel cheated and naive for believing the recruiter.

PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.
YOE : 2 + MBA from tier 2
Location: same for both
Please help me decide based on the growth opportunities, earning potential and long term impact of choosing india vs global practice.
