My goal is to be a Marketing Cloud & CDP Project Manager or Engagement Manager at Salesforce. I’ve interview twice now because they both said my resume and presentation style is excellent and caught their eye. However, I don’t have 5-10 years of running Enterprise-level projects valued $10-$30M. Where do I get this experience and what else can I do to support reaching my end goal? All I need is a chance to show I can do it. I have an excellent track record.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?

I have 5 YOE in Account Management, 2+ of which are in heavy digital working with Dev, Digital PMs, and client tech/implementation teams.

I also have had some direct experience in PM and will be building those specific skills in my new role.

Why is it assumed PMs are responsible for scheduling all meetings and taking notes? When did this happen? I was responsible for providing a recap of meetings in the sense of next steps, not in depth notes on the conversation. As for scheduling meetings, I was responsible for scheduling the milestone meetings (kick offs, internal reviews, post mortems, status meetings that I led), I did not schedule the team reviews (CD reviews with ADs/CWs), client meetings, etc. Comments?
