My group head is the worst professional that I have ever seen. He vanishes for weeks on work from home when the entire company is supposed to work from office. Has no credibility in the market. His references do not join. One person joined and left in 2 days. Imagine his credibility!! He doesnt connect with the team. He is not respected by even the most junior person in the team. His comments have made him laughing stock.
