My H1B extension was denied after an RFE. Does anyone have experience with PwC appealing the rejection or applying for a new H1B?

I have an offer with service now with 21 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable + shares+ sign on bonus and quest with 21 lpa fixed+ bonus .which is the good option .In service now for few months i should work as AEM tester and in Quest IT IS qlQA Automation Lead

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. If that gets denied, my plan is to travel to Canada and re enter US immediately on B1/B2 visa (already have valid B1/B2 stamp) so that I'll get time to figure out things here in the US (sell my stuff, handle my bank accts etc). Is it possible for me to reenter US on tourist visa?
