My HR did not pick up the call after sending me salary structure Monday. I replied to that mail giving some salary adjustment and clarifications. They added gratuity as part of CTC.So I told to adjust in addition to gratuity and few other doubts.

So far no response since Monday evening. Shall I call or wait till Thursday?
