I have a question regarding taxation of joining bonus.

I recieved a joining bonus of 1 lakh from my previous employer in last fiscal year which was taxed.
I resigned from the organisation before completing 1 year... Which will be deducted from my last month salary.
How does taxation works in this case.

Feeling pretty scummy helping with recruiting, when I know anybody who joins will make significantly less money for the same hours compared to a peer at MBB
