My job title isn’t common, so I’m having trouble gauging my pay relative to my actual role. I manage a team of 10+ writers at a PR agency, serving as their direct manager and key contact for all related needs (training, career pathing, hiring, troubleshooting/performance monitoring, etc). In addition to these responsibilities, I also have a full account load myself, writing between 15 and 25 long-form pieces a month for 5-8 clients. Any thoughts on a comparable title to use as a stand-in?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?
