My last day in LTIMINDTREE is Jun 9th and i joined mindtree on Dec 23 2023. They have not recovered the joining bonus in May payroll. Any idea how they will recover the same. Will it impact my relieving letter on Jun9th? Please let me know

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
