Hi there,
I have joined Amdocs in the first week of May. I am working in afternoon shift and entitled to get the shift allowance. But 2 months salary credited but did not receive any of the shift allowance amount. Can anyone please tell me when Amdocs will credit the shift allowance??
Thanks

Hi guys, I’ve a query so I’m already in discussion with Deloitte India and got a call from Deloitte USI. So if I would’ve to choose btw these two given the salary and designation offered is almost same. Which one should I prefer India or USI?
Can Deloitte folks guide me what are the pros and cons working with either entities. Thanks!

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Not really you should have been informed that you’ve been chosen for that role and receive a formal offer from the company itself even if it’s a promotion cause this showcases your legal standing within the company. But that being said the normal increase within any industry is way less so with a 27% increase I believe you’re doing really well already.
OMG that’s amazing that you have a manager like that
That's pretty unusual but still quite a high compliment, in my opinion. I'm sure you could've probably denied it if you really didn't want it, but overall, it sounds like a good opportunity.
That's unusual - but also quite a gift in many ways. Most people need to fight for promotions and small raises, this would have been a wonderful surprise in my opinion.
However, proper process is to work with and inform an employee, so they're not blind sided. But on the flip side, a 27% comp increase is wild, I've seen that in VERY limited cases.
Congratulations, that's very exciting - clearly you're crushing it!
