My leadership wants to plug me in to DoD work and suggesting I apply for a TS Clearance and a Sec+ cert. I'm hesitant as I'm unsure as to what type of career opportunities would be available in this space. My background is non-technical -cloud pre-sales & BD. Also, have a top 15 MBA.

I intend to apply for a cloud partner or BD role with Azure or AWS next year. Any advice if I should turn down this opportunity?

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

Networking 🐠, I’m in the process of developing a mobile app and I’m planning to hire an offshore engineer to further expedite timelines. All devs that I talk to don’t have a Mac to develop/test the app locally. Also, I’m a little skeptical about the IP (codebase, app secrets, etc.) falling into wrong hands. What are my options here? I’ve tried looking at the possibility of purchasing a Mac mini, adding a VPN server and enable Remote Desktop for the dev. Has anyone tried this? Any other ideas?
