Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Certain jobs will only see certain raises. If it’s where you expected, with good feedback, then I’m not seeing the disconnect. Make sure your pay is keeping up with what everyone else is paying.
Not in claims, but I haven't, and I doubt anyone in this bowl has either. There's an unwritten cap on raises. I'm lucky if I get 3%.
Truthfully, most raises never make a big difference to me. My raise was what amounts to an extra $2 per hour. My increases that make a difference are my SG changes and position changes. Outside of that na. Company had record breaking numbers believe me they bragged about it most of the year and in my mind it means nothing, because it doesn't benefit me. Bonuses and raises are not guaranteed. I am old enough to remember getting bonuses during the last recession when people were loosing jobs and houses left and right. to a few years ago they had decent results and didn't give a bonus but gave a raise.
