I have a new direct report who’s at producer level and needs a lot of hand holding. I’ve been her manager for 6 months and she has yet to do anything without me telling her. Does anyone going to office in regular basis. I mean for India location. Is it mandatory to go to office?

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got). When should I reach out to the recruitment attorney leading up to my start date? Or should I? (Haven't spoken since May) Should I bring up the salary or just assume its higher?

I’ve noticed a lot of job applications have a field for a website in addition to LinkedIn…this is new to me. what kind of websites do people put here? What’s on the website? Is it like a campaign/platform of themselves as a brand?

I like working remotely but I'm starting to be concerned that am a little isolated. I'm 100% remote and I live alone. I'm not the biggest people person but this much alone time probably isn't healthy. Does anyone else every feel like this?
