I joined TCS as a lateral (yoe=16) about 2.5 months back. I have been allocated to a project code, but there is no work yet. I have been asked to submit timesheet as Non-billable. I am working as a Deputy Manager with DI. I joined in May and want to put in my papers.
My base location is Bangalore but am still in Delhi.

1. Can I take leaves on Notice Period?
2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??
