I am a traditional reservist so I never really used military benefits before, but could use advice here.

I am currently renting and my lease is not up until October 2021, however I found a good deal on a home and scheduled to close in June 2021.

My landlord will not work with me to end the lease early, so it looks like I will have to double up on rent and mortgage through the summer.

If I went on active duty orders, can I use those orders to break my lease early without penalty?

I recently received a VP offer at AlixPartners, can someone at AP help me understand this new profit sharing/ longevity bonus they have? The HR rep was not very clear given how new it is. I presume it is additive to any annual bonus or 401k match, correct? How does it work? How long is the vesting period? Etc.

If a company matches 50% of 401k contributions to 6% of salary, does that mean they’ll put in 6% if I put in 12% or will they put in max of 3% on my 6% contribution? Curious what their wording means

- Role: finance manager
- YOE: 5 years
- Comp: 270k aed/year + 5% bonus
- Other benefits: work from Europe/US 1 month/year, 30 vacation days

I am a consultant and have two exit opportunities in healthcare. They are totally different. Offer 1 is with a late stage startup. Thinking it would be a good pivot and entry point into Health tech. Offer 2 is with a health system doing strategy/ops. It pays more than offer 1 and probably has more stability. Both pay more than my current salary overall so I’m a winner with whatever I take. I joined TCS as a lateral (yoe=16) about 2.5 months back. I have been allocated to a project code, but there is no work yet. I have been asked to submit timesheet as Non-billable. Just doing some learnings as of now as manager says they are yet to convince client for Onboarding.Since it's not bench code I don't get any calls from resource management group also
