Gosh, I'm really sorry to hear that. I've definitely been there. For me, it really helped me to set boundaries. If I didn't know how to do something, I just simply wouldn't do it until I was trained on it. And if they got mad at me for it not being done? Well, then maybe they should train me. I'm not going to spend 10x longer figuring it out without training.
First off, I give you so much credit. I initially wanted to become a legal assistant and failed miserably because I was juggling a lot of "life things" at the time, but I know how much work it takes, so lots of respect. Secondly, if management knows and is doing nothing about it, I'd start putting feelers out to see what else is out there. Sometimes that gives you the motivation to move along, or it does the opposite and makes you want to stick it out and stay.
