Need a bit of advice. Currently L9 Management Consultant in Accenture Strategy Global Network (overall 4 years of workex, Tier-1 MBA) and have been working on Senior Consultant equivalent level in different firms for ~2 years.

Currently getting an offer for SA-1 at Strategy& with 25% hike in fixed. My manager promotion at Accenture will most probably happen in the next year. Is it worth making a switch considering I would be joining at a lower level?

Was recently offered a job in Hawaii that would be a much larger role than I currently have (deputy chief architect). The downside is the cost of living is nearly double my current location and I would only be getting a 40% pay increase. Do you think it’s worth giving up quality of life/spending value decrease to accept the larger career and possibly expedite my career progression?

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
