Anyone working in Visa as a Senior Frontend Developer?
I want to know the compensation range they have and the breakdown they offer. I don't want to be lowballed. I searched other forums but there doesn't seem to be much concrete data. HR said those numbers are not correct. She wants me to share last month payslip and cctc breakdown - is it mandatory to give these ? Didn't think MNC like Visa would do this lala company behaviour or maybe it is just the Indian HRs.

How much bonus does an L6 in tech consulting get ?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
