Need Advice on Epsilon Interview Process

I recently completed three rounds for a position at Epsilon. The interview were Scheduled by third-party staffing company, and I've now learned that the would actually be on the third-party's payroll, not directly with Epsilon. I attedned the interviews under the impression that it was a direct hire opprtunity with Epsilon. :(

I'm genuinely interested working directly with Epsilon rather than being on a third-paty payroll. Any suggestions? Epsilon
