Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.

Has someone here exited at the C2 level to tech or PE? Are you satisfied? Pros and cons of the change? Do you feel you spend more time or less time thinking rather than making content? For example.

My CC was stolen while traveling and Cap One wasn’t able to overnight another card. I acknowledge this is a first world problem, but does anyone know which CC companies (and which level card it may require) would overnight a card? Advice on talking yourself up in interviews to place yourself above your typical year’s pay/skill? I’m a 2nd yr that is way more qualified than just doc review/discovery/shadowing more senior lawyers but I don’t want a firm to use that as justification to kill/dump me with work. I want the work life balance I never got at my current job but don’t want to stunt my progress as a lawyer by signing on for entry level skilled work to get that balance. Is there a possible middle ground (1/2)
