Need assistance evaluating an offer to join an LS startup to be their commercial launch manager. $200k total cash comp (base+bonus) and $100k stock option grant

Cash is slightly lower than my current comp
Option could be worth up to $300k if current analyst reports are accurate.

Will work directly with head of commercial and each of his direct reports.

Think it’s a cool role and good step into industry but not sure if I should take the pay cut/how to really assess value of options

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact).
