Always remember always choose peace of mind over money, no amount of money can get you back your time with your family and friends.
Take excellent leaves and WFH.
It depends on your choice, If you are looking from money perceptive then choose Option 1 but if you want to have good work like balance then choose Option 2.
But My recommendation is Option 2, once you got saturated and frustrated from work ,you can't enjoy Money then.

I would have a different opinion though. I would have joined product based instead of service one. Thought numbers look more promising in SB currently, in long term your growth, wlb, freedom everything will be compromised and you would realise this late for sure. Just saying from experience, rest is your call. And fyi after 2 years also whatever SB company will give that's less than peanut.

1st one better even there is no hike for 2 years because if we calculate like this for 2nd option
38 LPA with 8% hike after 1 year
38*8%=3.4lakhs
38+3.4=41.4 not benefited
If we calculate for 2 years
38*16%=6.8
44.8Lpa after two years
Note-The only benefit in the 2nd option is Leave policy
This is Premila. My son has completed B.E Mechanical in Aadhiyaman College, Hosur.
He is looking for a job. He worked in Ather Company for six months. He is looking for a job. Kindly let us know.
Choose Option 2
I looking for a logistic job openings in Chennai with monthly salary one lakh
I have 13 years of experience in Logistics, procurement, import export Documentation, supply chain . Please if there is any vacancy send me
Whatis your cctc
2nd option anyday, need less work, more money. So product based.
There’s no amount you can attach for difference in the mental peace
Product company all the way.
Usually, based on performance (yours +company) , hikes will be in double digits
Also, work culture and opportunities to move teams will be good
Service companies make you beg for the leaves that are yours to begin with. Stay away.
Long work hours, no hike, mgmt advisor behavior, toxic colleagues.
Vs
Chill environment, salary corrections (if market improves), good hikes, recognition for good performance, no guilt tripping for taking ‘earned’ leaves.
Also, being in a product company makes your next job change easier and drama-free. Not to mention chances of getting a bigger bump up in future salary.

Take 1st one, be there for 1 year. 48lakh is like a dream.
Thn you already know the answer. But Workload cannot be guaranteed anywhere. It will always be more and more. see what is feasible for you. 😁 Al d best

Hi All,
Thanks much for sharing your perspectives !!
Reg 2, I had my manager connect, and the role is very dud, pale.. It is a downgrade from my current role. Very less learning scope.
Reg 1, massive learning potential.. But, days might be long due to remote.. So, asked for 3 lakhs JB as well.. awaiting to hear from #1.
Current CTC is 25 LPA.
Thanks again!
Massive workload can impact health, social relations etc
Chief
Agreed.. last 2 yrs in my current company, I didn't learn anything.. Workload is ok, but toxicity is not
Thanks for sharing your thought.. Preferring learning for now.. Let's see how it goes. Surrendering to God.
Chief
Thanks a lot everyone!!
Going with #1 for now..
Hopefully, this will be an enriching experience. 🙏
Preferring learning, work satisfaction over brand name.
You already want to join the product based firm you just want the audience here to validate you joining the product based firm leaving a higher package. Go where the place satisfies you!

2 weeks back I updated here already that I had joined #1.
I would say option 2- product based company.
option 2
