Got an offer from Mphasis. Should i accept it right away or can i wait for a counter offer from another company?(it is under discussion currently)
Or
Accept it now and discuss negotiations later?

Its written in Mphasis offer letter that i can endorse the acceptance before the date of joining.

Better for long term career goal and happiness: Large CPG analytics, or post-MBA consultant at boutique? I am extremely torn. I value work-life balance very much, is all consulting horrible for it? If I want to work in product development/marketing long term (I love idea of food/bev but not married to it), does it make more sense to just get right into the CPG world with great WLB? Or is it potentially better to take a role in a brand/marketing boutique then exit later when burnt out?

Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Got a verbal offer from Grant Thornton. The recruiter told me that they would get the paperwork over by Thursday or Friday. I mentioned that I am strongly considering the firm however I have other companies that I am also considering so I will be making my decision based on that.
