Need some advice - my car got a toxic yellow fluid leaked on it while parked in my building garage. A pipe leaked - building has no idea what it is. They paid for a detailing guy to clean the damage on my car but it didn’t work. Itll need a new paint job. Building is now asking me to submit a claim to my car insurance and send them the deductible bill. My question is - why tf would I submit a claim for this? Itll affect my insurance for no reason. Thoughts?

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. I've been in the same company for the last 7 years, but with all the pandemic still going on, nobody seems to understand that when you are short staffed is impossible to get the same results as when you are fully staffed. Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…
