Need some suggestion, worked in an mnc for 3 months and left it before serving full notice period. They have not provided experience letter as they asked for money for not completing notice period. If ‚hide this employment in my resume . Will it be affected in future employment.
Also, in last days of my previous company notice period, i have joined new organisation which doesn't have any pf and uan and form 16. Please suggest how to deal with this situation.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.

Was laid off in Sept. Unfortunately we will be seeing many more coming. It's what happens in a recession. Unfortunately I now also have my age against me. Not in a mentally good place at the moment.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭
