Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else? On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
