Once upon a time I could see a target bonus range per IFS level in Me@PwC… That has disappeared. Curious if anyone knows off the top of their head what they are and/or have a link to said information? If not I’ll hit up the Talent Wrangler.

I’m a jr cw and I’ve been with my current shop for 1 yr. Should I take a job offer with a 20% raise that would mean working with a less creative client? Worried about stagnating my career growth.

Any recruiters want to help me figure out if I want to be a recruiter? I think it could be a good fit for my personality/background but don’t know much about what the day-to-day looks like (and also have comp questions).

My current CTC is around 7lpa, I asked for 20lpa to a company, for a role in Pharmaceutical Analytics Domain.
The HR told me something along the lines of "who do you think you are, people with such low incomes shouldn't dream so big".

Did I ask for too much? Do I not deserve such a hike?

I’ve had four interviews in the past week, and I’ve noticed that HMs and recruiters aren’t as serious as they should be: 1. They got up in the middle of the interview to answer the door. 2. Biting their nails throughout the entire interview while working on something else. 3. Mentioned that I need to be available 24/7 and can only offer a title less than I currently am because they don’t have a high budget. Is there anything that I can do stop this?
