Try the Calm app. Their daily meditations are great but the sleep meditations and sleep stories were life-changing for me.
I need to do that.
I get up at 4:30 to workout, so if you have a workout routine you like might want to try that in the morning instead of evening.
As for age, hormone changes can impact sleep quality. Found hormone replacement therapy helped with my insomnia; might want to get your hormone levels checked

Yes working out at 4am would be a good idea and also the workout will help you sleep better and you’ll have a better day with q clear mind.
I haven’t had a full night sleep since 2020.
