New insomnia type unlocked! Early morning awakening. What am I supposed to do at 4am? Anyone else have treatment resistant insomnia? Anything that helped? I’ve heard this can be age related.

Try the Calm app. Their daily meditations are great but the sleep meditations and sleep stories were life-changing for me.

I get up at 4:30 to workout, so if you have a workout routine you like might want to try that in the morning instead of evening.

As for age, hormone changes can impact sleep quality. Found hormone replacement therapy helped with my insomnia; might want to get your hormone levels checked

Hi Fishies. Im 31 yrs old,spouse 33 yrs old. We are going with IVF due to male factor. Today we got PGT results from CCRM Boston. Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. And little nervous as well. What could be the reasons if the embryo is not implanted ? Is it something with to do with me? Do we need to do anything from our side, like acupuncture ?

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?

Googling ADHD today (I’m having a distracted day) and super frustrated because I’m realizing that I was likely misdiagnosed as depressed for years. I was taking SSRIs and dealing with awful side effects while I struggled for so long. I finally got an official diagnosis about 10 years ago but was never taught the symptoms or how to manage them. Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me.
