Offtopic: Which is the best health insurance (company) to buy for parents? Please suggest as per prior firsthand experience in claims, settlement, premium etc.

My parent has a star health policy for which the renewal premium is drastically increasing (almost by 50%) every year at age 51.
With such increase I do not think it will be viable for long term. So planning to switch/port.

I want to know whether the Medical Policy of 3 Lac which is given by the company by default in which along with me my immediate dependents like my spouse and children are covered or not?

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. Do you find your performance when exercising way worse when in ketosis? I’m way slower at running & workouts feel particularly hard to keep going. Does your body get adapted to it, or it standard?

My brother is going through some really intense chemo so him and his wife are often recovering at their house for a week without going out.

Since they can’t take any visitors I would love to send them some sort of at home activity kit (wine tasting or anything!) to keep them busy during these lockdown weeks.

Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. I have found out i have ptsd from it and am scared to start the new one. Been working on ptsd thru therapy. I know its a great firm and a great opportunity but my ptsd is bad. Another company last wk reached out same field diff role more chill and behind the scenes and i cant help but think about the easy way out over the challenge and better future.
