Offered job in sales for a SaaS company for 150k base salary + 150k base commission (with a ton of escaltors) + 100kish a year in equity. 100k draw in first year.

Not super familiar with SaaS sales - is this reasonable comp levels?

a few years ago my company implemented a "2 pack" to my pay pay plan. Where they would deduct 200 per month to counteract minimum wage increase. Fast forward to now, it's 480 taken From commission.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?
