American sucks. Lax is a delta hub while sfo is a united hub. So either one is fine. I’d say united better because it has a lot more flight internationally for cheaper
On a personal note, I used to be an American guy and have gone all-in on Delta because of their customer service.
With all the construction going on at both of those airports, make your life easy and use Southwest to OAK! Just a short Bart or Uber into DT SF.
@d2.. sna is 40+ miles compared to <10 to lax. Thanks all.. delta sounds like a winner (plus they have direct flights to oak)
LAX, SEA, and JFK are all Delta hubs. Plenty of LAX - SFO / SJC / OAK flights, too.
P2 for the win. Avoid sfo. Oakland is so much easier
Delta.
Are you close to LAX OP? And where in the SF Bay are you going to be? SFO is a cluster when fog hits... use OAK or SJC if possible.
As for LAX, getting in and out of the airport can be terrible at times. Have you considered AS out of SNA? Or southwest from SNA? Not sure if SNA is close enough for you to make the trek down that way.
Either Delta or United, but based on JFK and SEA, go Delta.
Delta
American
Commute to Oakland tho
And LAX is not really a hub for either Delta or American. Neither dominate and sit at about the same percentage of travelers
@EY2 LAX is a hub for United, American, and Delta. The spread across these brands, though, is part of why LAX doesn't offer a cohesive experience or a ton of flights from any one carrier (when compared to traditional hub models).
@OP Also check to see if you have a fasttrack status program through Accenture. We have one at Deloitte that more or less guarantees Platinum status.
