No experience with case interviews before and have a case interview (experience hire at EM level) scheduled for next week.

I’ve been hearing that most people that do well have 20+ live case experiences; am i too late to practice? It’s not something that can be crammed last minute either

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
