On Monday, a recruiter from EY told and emailed me me the tax team liked my resume and they’ll be scheduling an interview with me and they asked for my schedule. But they still haven’t gotten back to me. Should I be worried or is EY tech just slow with respect to recruiting?

Do you keep interviewing after offer signed and background check cleared?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Someone help me to not be crazy. Had 6 interviews. They had me do a case last week. Super simple, 6 slides of content and submitted it Monday. They said they’d get back by end of week. Haven’t heard a peep.. what’s taking so long? Do I just email recruiter Monday afternoon
